Dear Mozal Family,
This is my turn to say farewell to everyone. Today is my last day in Mozal.
I have had a great time at Mozal over the last 8 years. This has been in all aspects from the early days of the INSS building, the induction at Hillside (where I’m going now) thru to commissioning and operation. I certainly would not say it has been easy and some of the things I have seen have been "unbelievable" but I knew it would not be easy. I came for a challenge and that’s what I got, and have enjoyed my tenure and appreciate having had the opportunity to work with you.
I have learnt a lot during this experience, and leave with a lot of valuable life skills. Thank you for all the support, guidance and encouragement you have provided me during my time at Mozal. Even though I will miss my colleagues and the company, I am looking forward to this new challenge and to starting a new phase of my career. I am proud to say I have grown a lot within the eight years I have spent at Mozal.
You are all embedded in my heart.
I pray blessings for all of you & keep the positiveness.
Aluminium Smelting It is a small world and you never know when our paths may cross again. So I will not say good bye only see you later. Enjoy the challenges that lay ahead.
My last words before I leave: “champions aren’t made in gyms. They are made from something they have deep inside them. A desire, a dream and a vision. They have to have last-minute stamina, they have to be a little faster, and they have to have the skill and the will. But the will must be stronger than the skill”.
